Job Summary/Basic Functions

The Football Video Coordinator will assist the Head Football Coach in the administration of a Division I intercollegiate football program, ensuring compliance with the university’s mission, and the regulations of the ASUN and NCAA. Under the direction of the Head Football Coach, this individual will manage and maintain video and computer equipment, organize practice filming, film games, facilitate film exchange with conference and non-conference opponents, oversee the recruitment and management of student film staff, and produce highlight films. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the Director of Athletics, sport administrator, or Head Coach.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience: Minimum of one year of related experience required
• Licensure & Certifications: None required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in football video coordination or related roles

Job Duties:

• 40% – Film practice sessions (Essential)
• 20% – Exchange game film with conference and non-conference teams (Essential)
• 15% – Purchase and maintain video and computer equipment (Essential)
• 10% – Film games (Essential)
• 10% – Create highlight films (Essential)
• 5% – Support office functions and assist with special projects as assigned (Essential)
