Ready to dive into the fast-paced world of event planning with a global tech leader? Join Samsung’s Mobile B2B team as a Marketing Analyst/Coordinator 2! You’ll take charge of in-person and virtual events—think tradeshows, webinars, and more—handling everything from pre-event prep to post-event insights. If you’ve got a knack for juggling details, influencing teams, and driving impact, this is your chance to shine.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and execute events of all sizes—budgets, vendor contracts, logistics, and invoicing included.

• Keep programs on track, on budget, and on point.

• Team up with other Samsung divisions (Consumer, Networks, Display) to spark collaboration.

• Wrap up events with attendance reports, recordings, and lessons learned.

• Build and update reporting dashboards to track marketing wins.

• Streamline event processes—create, tweak, and document as you go.

• Host check-ins to brainstorm and align on event plans.

• For virtual events, manage tech like screen sharing, polls, and breakout rooms.

• For webinars, run prep calls with presenters to nail audio, video, and delivery.

• Work with creative teams, agencies, and platforms to bring content to life.

• Partner with sales to craft revenue-driving event opportunities with strong ROI.

• Navigate Samsung’s financial processes for smooth funding and execution.

What You Bring

• Experience: 3-5 years managing in-person/virtual events, tradeshows, and webinars.

Skills:

Proven project management and time management wizardry.

Experience leading cross-functional teams (sales, PR, social, etc.).

A detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced setting.

Strong knack for vendor/hotel contract setup and execution.

Ability to pilot new event ideas, measure impact, and refine them.

Personality:

Executive presence—read the room and adapt on the fly.

Clear communicator who can shift gears based on business needs.

Team player who also rocks it solo.

Bonus: Tech industry know-how and familiarity with verticals.
