About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and driven Hardware Test Engineer to support the development and validation of high-voltage power electronics, including Onboard Chargers, DC-DC converters, and High Voltage Battery Management Systems (BMS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for high-voltage power electronics components.
- Design, troubleshoot, and maintain End-of-Line (EOL) test systems to ensure production reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams on product requirements, hardware validation, and failure analysis.
- Support hardware bring-up and test automation for enhanced development efficiency.
What You’ll Bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–7 years of experience as a Hardware Engineer or Hardware Test Engineer.
- Hands-on experience in hardware bring-up, EOL test development, and test automation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize production test systems.

Salary Grade Range: 6–8
