We’re looking for passionate, community-focused pharmacy leaders to help us deliver exceptional patient care while managing daily pharmacy operations.

What You’ll Do:

• As a Pharmacy Manager, you’ll be a key leader in your store and community, responsible for both clinical excellence and operational success. You will:
• Deliver direct patient care services, including immunizations and health screenings
• Support disease state management and medication therapy optimization
• Lead and develop your pharmacy team, recruiting, training, and mentoring staff
• Ensure compliance and safety standards are consistently upheld
• Drive financial performance and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with store leadership to implement business growth initiatives

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. (or equivalent FPGEC via NABP)
• Active pharmacist license in good standing in the state(s) of practice
• Certified immunizer preferred
• 1+ year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting (preferred)
• Flexibility to work a variety of schedules
