About the Role:
Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. If you have a love for hospitality, a talent for customer service, and a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you.
In this position, you will lead interactions with customers, providing timely market intelligence and research tailored to the hotel. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for promoting and selling group and negotiated business, focusing on site selection and brand partnerships, and generating awareness to create business opportunities. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure that our sales goals are met, while managing confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, solicit, and sell to individual accounts in alignment with the marketing plan, focusing on maximizing revenue per available room.
- Promote and secure negotiated and group business from targeted verticals and/or geographic markets.
- Build business through direct phone sales, sales calls, tradeshows, and networking events.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive group and negotiated business that meets our sales targets.
- Exhibit discretion in decision-making and handling confidential information.
- Follow up on all tasks and responsibilities assigned by the Director of Sales and Director of Commercial.
Preferred Qualifications:
We’re seeking candidates with strong selling and interpersonal skills who demonstrate the energy and commitment to exceed goals. Ideal applicants will have:
- A proven track record of successfully soliciting, evaluating, and securing business to meet sales targets and profitability.
- Familiarity with the Minneapolis and Mid-West markets is preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role with domestic and international travel required.
- Strong command of the English language.
- Legal work authorization in the United States.

Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Minneapolis is a luxurious 37-story property situated at the intersection of business and leisure. Located at the top of Nicollet Mall and just blocks from the Mississippi River, the hotel will feature 19,400 sq. ft. of meeting space, a luxury spa, a pool deck, and an acclaimed partnership with local celebrity chef Gavin Kaysen. It will also serve as the US headquarters for RBC Wealth Management.
