We are excited to invite you to apply for the position of Sous Chef at Four Seasons Hotel Chicago. As a vital member of the Food & Beverage leadership team, the Sous Chef will help ensure the highest standards of quality and service for both guests and employees.
We are looking for individuals who demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. The ideal candidate will work closely with Executive Chef Franco Diaz to create an environment where motivated individuals want to join, learn, and excel.
The Sous Chef must be a team player, comfortable with technology, and adaptable to taking on various responsibilities to support teamwork. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.
