As a Pharmacy Manager with us, you will be part of a team dedicated to providing excellent patient care and wellness services. You’ll be an integral part of disease state management, optimizing medication therapy, delivering patient-centered care, and helping manage both acute and chronic conditions. #LI-MM4

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care Focus: Actively deliver patient care services with a commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise a skilled pharmacy team to ensure high-quality service and performance.
• Operational Management: Partner with management to implement initiatives that enhance profitability and efficiency.
• Pharmacy Oversight: Uphold operational standards, including performance metrics, safety compliance, and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Pharm.D., or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
• Licensing: Active pharmacy license(s) in state(s) of practice, with all licenses in good standing.
• Experience: 1+ years of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting (preferred).
• Certification: Certified immunizer (preferred).
• Flexibility: Ability to work a variety of schedules to meet business needs.

Compensation
The pay for this position is $86.00 per hour, but no less than the local minimum wage. Starting rates vary based on factors like location, experience, and qualifications, as well as any applicable collective bargaining agreements.
