Pharmacy Manager – Be the Leader Who Makes a Difference

As a Pharmacy Manager, you’ll be an essential part of a forward-thinking team dedicated to exceptional patient care. You’ll help manage acute and chronic conditions, optimize medication therapy, and take part in innovative wellness initiatives that truly impact lives.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Division Pharmacy Manager, the Pharmacy Manager will serve as the pharmacist-in-charge and is responsible for the financial and clinical performance of the pharmacy.

Our Pharmacy Managers:

• Deliver high-quality patient care and clinical services
• Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and operational standards
• Recruit, train, and lead a strong pharmacy team
• Collaborate with store leadership to drive profitability and innovation

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Pharm.D., or FPGEC certification (NABP)
• Active pharmacy license in good standing for the state(s) of practice
• Certified Immunizer (preferred)
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting (preferred)
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
