JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a proactive and driven Associate Affiliate Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will support affiliate partner relationships, contribute to user acquisition efforts, and assist in campaign execution. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in affiliate marketing, strong communication skills, and a desire to learn and advance in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Key Objectives:

• Become the primary point of contact for Kikoff’s active affiliate partners, championing our products and services.
• Support Kikoff’s user acquisition goals through account management, up/cross-selling, and campaign optimization.
• Consistently surpass monthly acquisition targets while advancing your career at Kikoff.

Affiliate Relationship Management:

• Build and nurture strong, collaborative relationships with assigned mid-tier affiliate partners.
• Provide timely responses to affiliate inquiries, offering updates and resolving any issues that arise.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on campaign objectives, promotions, and goals.

Campaign Management & Optimization:

• Assist in creating and executing affiliate marketing campaigns that drive traffic and conversions.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Help prepare and share regular performance reports, providing actionable insights to internal teams and affiliate partners.

Performance Analysis:

• Track key metrics such as clicks, conversions, and revenue.
• Assist with compiling and analyzing performance data to inform optimization strategies and improve outcomes.
• Offer data-driven recommendations to affiliate partners to boost performance.

Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of experience in affiliate marketing, account management, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles and account management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster trust and build relationships.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in affiliate marketing and partnerships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Impact Radius, CJ) is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and offer actionable recommendations.
