Senior Software Developer – Web

Salary: $96,000 – $148,000 per year
Location: 2200 S. Lakeside Drive, Waukegan, IL 60085

Position: On-site in either Pleasant Prairie, WI or Waukegan, IL (depending on need)
We’re looking for passionate individuals to join our team.

Position Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, support, and maintain complex web applications according to business needs, using approved technologies and coding standards.
• Conduct design and code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and application responsiveness.
• Contribute to project planning and participate in architectural design reviews.
• Mentor other developers, providing guidance on programming issues and leadership in cross-functional development practices.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure process consistency and meet team deliverables.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of web development experience.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design, web application architecture, and relational database design.
• Proficiency in delivering web/e-commerce solutions using ASP.NET, MVC, C#, and JavaScript.
• Experience with T-SQL for writing SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Familiarity with code versioning and CI/CD tools.
