A Snapshot of Your Day
Step into the Engineering Development Program (EDP) at Siemens Energy and dive into a 12-month adventure with three 4-month rotations across our power generation hubs. You’ll get hands-on with cutting-edge tech, rotating through at least two locations—Orlando, FL, Charlotte or Winston-Salem, NC, and Ft. Payne, AL. Each stop gives you a fresh perspective on our diverse product lines, from gas turbines to generators, opening your eyes to the vast career paths within Siemens Energy. Tailored training and projects will immerse you in some of the most advanced power generation equipment out there.
Beyond the tech, you’ll forge lasting bonds with your EDP crew and build a network that’ll fuel your future. After the year wraps, you’ll land a role in Orlando, FL, ready to grow your engineering career alongside over 100 EDP alumni thriving across Siemens Energy. Ready to see where this ride can take you?
