About the Location

Sensei Lāna‘i, A Four Seasons Resort, is an adults-only wellness retreat tucked away on the tranquil Hawaiian island of Lāna‘i. Guided by the evidence-based Sensei Way—focused on Move, Nourish, and Rest—guests enjoy personalized itineraries featuring wellness classes, spa treatments, island adventures, top-tier golf and tennis, and exquisite Nobu dining. Aloha! Join Our ‘Ohana as a Floral Assistant

Four Seasons Resorts Lāna‘i is seeking an enthusiastic Floral Assistant to bring beauty and creativity to our team.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in crafting stunning floral arrangements with an eye for detail.

• Receive and prep flowers, help set up and break down event displays, and deliver arrangements across the resort.

• Care for florals and select interior plants daily at both Four Seasons Resorts Lāna‘i properties.

Who You Are

• Passionate about flowers and plants, with experience from a flower shop or nursery a plus.

• Motivated, reliable, and ready to work weekends, evenings, or as needed.

• Holder of a valid Hawaii driver’s license.
