What You’ll Do

• Lead Brand Strategy: Shape and roll out design strategies that sync with Samsung’s global goals, boosting consistency and recognition everywhere.

• Dream Big: Guide projects from first spark to final polish, creating visual stories that push boundaries and captivate.

• Set the Bar: Deliver top-tier designs and set clear guidelines that keep creativity flowing while staying true to Samsung’s vibe.

• Build Guidelines: Craft detailed brand playbooks for visual and verbal consistency across all touchpoints.

• Campaign Magic: Develop marketing playbooks to steer campaigns across regions with strategic flair.

• Create Assets: Whip up campaign toolkits and brand goodies tailored for different markets and platforms.

• Manage Digital Assets: Keep the EasyAds platform organized—uploading, tagging, and sorting files like a pro.

• Run Projects: Lead complex design efforts, juggling timelines and cross-team coordination with ease.

• Team Up: Work with marketing, insights, and agencies to weave consumer insights into killer designs.

• Mentor: Guide and inspire fellow designers, fostering a collaborative, growth-focused crew.

What You Bring

• Education: Bachelor’s in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (Master’s is a bonus).

• Experience: 6–8 years in brand design, ideally with a big-name agency or in-house team.

• Tech Skills: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), plus familiarity with XD, After Effects, PowerPoint, and DAM platforms.

• Design Chops: Ace at graphic design, typography, layout, and storytelling—especially in digital spaces.

• Pro Skills: Stellar communication, presentation, and leadership chops for a fast, team-driven setting.

• Extras: Motion design, interactive media, or 3D rendering skills? Huge plus!

• Must-Have: An online portfolio showcasing your strategic brand design work across platforms.

• Superpowers: Time management, precision (pixel-perfect vibes), and the ability to juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat.
