Internal Medicine – Ambulatory
Montefiore Medical Group (MMG)

Montefiore Health System’s primary care network, Montefiore Medical Group (MMG), is seeking Internal Medicine and Family Medicine trained physicians to join our 20 practice locations across the Bronx and Westchester counties. We offer a collaborative team environment and an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care within the Bronx community. Several MMG locations are also eligible to support J1 waivers, H1B visas, and the NHSC/HRSA Medical School Loan Repayment Program.

Role Overview:
As a primary care physician, you will:

• Lead and manage general medical care for patients
• Focus on early detection, prevention, and overall wellness
• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients
• Work closely with our Integrated Behavioral Health team to provide holistic care
• Partner with medical leadership and quality coaches to implement best practices
• Ensure quality outcomes and seamless coordination of patient care

Requirements:

• Completion of a US-accredited Internal Medicine (IM) or Family Medicine (FM) residency program
• NYS Medical License
• Board Eligible/Board Certified
• DEA Certification
• BLS Certification

Additional Information:
The salary range for this role is $135,000 to $180,000, and it may be adjusted based on experience, education, shift differential, or other factors.
