JOB SUMMARY
Northern Montana Health Care is seeking a licensed or license-eligible General Surgeon to join our well-established, hospital-based group. The selected candidate will become part of a dedicated team of 38 medical providers, serving a large catchment area along Montana’s Hi-Line.
Requirements: Eligible candidates must be licensed or eligible for licensure by the Montana Board of Medicine, possess a Federal DEA license, and demonstrate strong surgical and laparoscopic skills. While experience is preferred, exceptional new graduates are also encouraged to apply. J1 Visa and H1-B sponsorship are available. Candidates must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screen.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary is competitive and based on up to 10 years of experience, following MGMA guidelines for General Surgeons.
- A guaranteed salary for the first two years, with the opportunity to transition to a production-based payment model.
