Qualifications:

• Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology (Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Doctorate from an accredited university)
• Active state license and/or registration (as applicable)
• Must be a licensed or registered therapist to be considered
