Work Hours/Shift: Full-Time / Variable Shifts

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care aligned with hospital standards, nursing practices, and patient care goals.
• Deliver patient-centered nursing care using the SHARE principles to promote patient satisfaction.
• Foster a compassionate environment offering emotional, physical, and spiritual support to patients and their families.
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team to build rapport, share information, and actively participate in problem-solving and decision-making.

Qualifications:

What You Will Need:

• At least two (2) years of recent experience in a tertiary hospital setting (minimum 100-bed facility).
• U.S. Nursing License or successful completion of the NCLEX-RN Exam.
• English proficiency through one of the following:
• IELTS Academic: 7 in Speaking / 6.5 Overall (OR)
• TOEFL iBT Academic: 26 in Speaking / 89 Overall (OR)
• OET (OR)
• Exemption through CGFNS Visa Screen Certificate for Visa Sponsorship.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification (American Heart Association preferred).
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

General Summary:

The Registered Nurse is responsible for a range of duties during their shifts, focusing on promoting and restoring patients’ health. This includes collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, implementing patient care plans, and offering emotional, physical, and spiritual support to both patients and their families. The role also includes supervising assigned team members. Reporting to the Nurse Manager and charge nurses, specific responsibilities may vary based on the assigned unit or department.
