Montefiore Health System’s primary care network, Montefiore Medical Group (MMG), is seeking Internal Medicine and Family Medicine-trained primary care physicians for multiple locations across the Bronx and Westchester counties. Our team-oriented approach offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care in the Bronx. We also offer support for J1 waivers, H1B visas, and the NHSC/HRSA Medical School Loan Repayment Program at several MMG sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive medical care for patients, managing a wide range of health concerns.
• Focus on early disease detection, prevention, and overall wellness.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, building long-term relationships.
• Work closely with our Integrated Behavioral Health team to provide holistic care.
• Partner with medical leadership and quality coaches to implement best practices.
• Drive quality outcomes and ensure effective coordination of patient care.

Qualifications:

• Completion of a US-accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Residency Program
• NYS Medical License
• Board Eligible or Board Certified
• DEA Certification
• BLS Certification
