How Will You Make an Impact?

Provide technical support to teams during the delivery and operation of modern, cloud-native software.

Contribute actively to the architecture and delivery of platform solutions.

Ensure cloud-native systems meet high standards for availability, scalability, observability, and performance.

Review designs and code from other engineers to ensure quality and adherence to principles.

Foster a modern developer experience, emphasizing CI/CD best practices in the delivery of production code.

Collaborate with Product Colleagues, Engineers, and Architects to define technical requirements and implementation strategies for Global Accounts Receivable.

Establish best practices for software development and testing.

Manage a small team of Engineers and Contractors on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of hands-on experience in complex programming environments or equivalent expertise.
• Strong background in supporting large-scale enterprise applications, especially microservices in Java.
• Experience building cloud-native applications and automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Expertise in designing and implementing Microservices and APIs.
• Familiarity with technologies such as Golang, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Cassandra, Postgres, and Spring Framework is desirable.
• Experience with Event Sourcing, CQRS, and Hexagonal Architecture design patterns is a plus.
• Familiarity with high throughput, low-latency application design is a plus.
• A demonstrated passion for learning new technologies and developing quality software rapidly.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into high-quality production software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Salary Range: $170,000 to $255,000 annually + bonus + benefits

The salary range above represents the expected compensation for this role. Final salary will depend on your location, experience, and other relevant factors.
