Your Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough occupational therapy evaluations based on MD orders
• Accurately document findings on standardized forms in a timely manner
• Develop personalized treatment plans with goals, frequency, and modalities
• Obtain and maintain MD orders for evaluations, treatments, and discharges
• Deliver comprehensive, patient-focused treatments while adhering to precautions

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (B.S., M.A., M.S., or Doctorate)
• NBCOT-certified OTR, as required by your state
• Current state license and/or registration to practice Occupational Therapy
