What You’ll Do:

• Lead the planning and distribution of discipline-specific work while ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
• Assist with marketing efforts, including proposal creation and client outreach.
• Contribute to the development of project scopes of work and define the level of effort required for each assignment.
• Ensure the completeness and accuracy of work produced by the project team within the technical discipline. Guide and mentor team members to align with project objectives.
• Coordinate technical project aspects with clients and teaming partners at the staff level within the discipline.
• Collaborate with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 6 years of relevant experience, or
• Master’s degree in Engineering and 5 years of relevant experience, or
• PhD in Engineering and 4 years of relevant experience.

What You’ll Bring:

• Knowledge of how decisions impact technical design and work planning.
• Ability to effectively coordinate work planning and design across multiple technical disciplines.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality project deliverables on time, within budget, and within scope.

What We Prefer:

• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
