Internal Medicine – Ambulatory Physician

Montefiore Medical Group (MMG), part of Montefiore Health System, is seeking Internal Medicine and Family Medicine trained primary care physicians to join our team across 20 locations in the Bronx and Westchester counties. We offer a collaborative work environment and the opportunity to make a lasting impact on patient care in the Bronx. Several MMG sites qualify for J1 waivers & H1B visa sponsorship, as well as the NHSC/HRSA Medical School Loan Repayment Program.

Responsibilities: As a primary care physician at MMG, you will:

• Oversee and manage general medical care for patients
• Focus on early detection of conditions, prevention, and overall wellness
• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients
• Collaborate with our Integrated Behavioral Health team to ensure comprehensive care
• Work with medical leadership and quality coaches to implement best practices
• Prioritize quality outcomes and coordinate care efficiently

Qualifications:

• Completion of a US-accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Residency Program
• New York State Medical License
• Board Eligible or Board Certified
• DEA and BLS certifications
