About the Location:
Sensei Lāna‘i, A Four Seasons Resort is a serene, adults-only wellness retreat on the secluded Hawaiian island of Lāna‘i. It combines exceptional hospitality, renowned specialists, and the island’s natural beauty to offer a personalized wellness experience. Central to the resort is the Sensei Way, an evidence-based approach that integrates healthy living into three simple practices: Move, Nourish, and Rest. Guests are guided by highly skilled practitioners in areas such as exercise physiology, nutrition, stress management, yoga, and mindfulness. Every stay is unique, with curated itineraries including wellness classes, spa treatments, island activities, and world-class golf and tennis, all complemented by delectable dining by Nobu. The resort’s 10 spa hales, inspired by Japanese design, provide luxurious sanctuaries for relaxation, featuring an ofuro bathtub, infrared sauna, steam room, outdoor showers, oversized massage tables, private plunge pools, and cozy lounging areas.

We’re looking for a General Maintenance 3 to join our team.
The Maintenance Engineer plays a crucial role in maintaining the hotel facilities to optimal operating conditions by performing preventative maintenance and repairs on essential systems such as heat, power, air conditioning, and refrigeration.
This role is perfect for a versatile, team-oriented hospitality professional who is well-groomed and experienced. You should hold recognized engineering qualifications with a solid foundation in both electrical and mechanical disciplines. Previous experience in hotel or hospital environments is desirable. A flexible schedule is also important for this role.
Eligibility:
- US work authorization is required unless the candidate is already in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location.
- Current Four Seasons managers may qualify for L-1 visa sponsorship.
