As a Pharmacy Manager, you’ll be part of a team committed to providing direct patient care and wellness services. You’ll play a critical role in disease management, optimizing medication therapy, delivering exceptional patient-centered care, and managing both acute and chronic conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Actively deliver patient care services and build strong relationships with patients.
• Operations: Uphold operational standards including performance metrics, safety, and compliance.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise the pharmacy team to maintain high standards of service.
• Profitability: Collaborate with management to develop and implement initiatives that drive profitability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D, or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
• Active pharmacy license in the state(s) of practice, with all licenses in good standing.
• Certified immunizer preferred.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferred.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules.
