Work Hours/Shift: Full-time / Variable Shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care in line with hospital standards and patient care goals.
• Deliver patient-centered care following the SHARE principles to ensure high levels of patient satisfaction.
• Create a compassionate environment by offering physical, emotional, and spiritual support to patients and their families.
• Maintain cooperative relationships within the healthcare team by effectively communicating, responding to requests, building rapport, and contributing to team problem-solving efforts.

Qualifications:

What You Need:

• At least two (2) years of recent experience in a tertiary hospital setting (minimum 100 beds).
• Must have or be eligible for a U.S. Nursing License or pass the NCLEX RN Exam.
• Must meet one of the following language proficiency requirements:
• IELTS Academic: 7 in Speaking / 6.5 Overall
• TOEFL iBT Academic: 26 in Speaking / 89 Overall
• OET
• Exemption via CGFNS Visa Screen Certificate (for Visa Sponsorship consideration).
• BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certifications as required by the unit (American Heart Association preferred).
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

General Summary:

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide patient care through collaboration with physicians and the multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include completing the nursing process and patient care plans, offering emotional, physical, and spiritual support to patients and families, and supervising assigned team members. The RN will report to the Nurse Manager and charge nurses. Specific duties may vary based on unit or department.
