Pharmacy Manager
Location: Safeway, a division of Albertsons Companies

As a Pharmacy Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering direct patient care, managing disease states, optimizing medication therapy, and assisting in managing both acute and chronic conditions. You’ll be part of a dedicated team committed to patient-centered care and wellness services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care services, ensuring top-notch service delivery.
  • Uphold operational standards, including performance metrics, safety, and compliance.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise the pharmacy team, ensuring high standards and continuous development.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement initiatives to enhance pharmacy profitability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Pharm.D, or equivalent (FPGEC – NABP).
  • Active pharmacy license in the state(s) of practice, with all licenses in good standing.
  • Certified immunizer (preferred).
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting (preferred).
  • Flexibility to work a variety of schedules.

Compensation:

Pay starts at $75.25 per hour, with adjustments based on location, experience, qualifications, and any applicable collective bargaining agreements.
