Be part of Guthrie’s Primary Care team, delivering high-quality care to patients in Binghamton and surrounding communities. As a primary care provider, you’ll play a vital role in patient care within your office while collaborating with Guthrie specialists through our extensive referral network.

Guthrie Vestal – Primary Care is looking for a BC/BE Family Medicine physician to join our clinic. Build and shape a comprehensive Family Medicine practice within a supportive environment of providers, staff, and administration.

• Full-time, outpatient-only practice
• Full spectrum Family Medicine, serving patients from birth through geriatrics
• Collaboration with peer physicians and advanced practice providers

Comprehensive Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary starting at $275,000 annually
• Starting bonus of up to $200,000
• Medical school loan repayment up to $150,000
• Full benefits including medical, dental, and disability insurance
• Guthrie Retirement Savings Plan (403B) with employer match and age-based contributions
• Allowance for licensure fees, DEA certificate, and renewals
• $10,000 referral bonus for physician placement
• Salary range: $275,000 – $291,000

Work-Life Balance:

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. traditional schedule
• 36 patient-facing hours and 4 hours of administrative time weekly
• Generous paid time off (35 days annually)
• CME: $3,500 for conference registration, certifications, and membership fees
• Rotating call schedule – phone call only
