We employ applied verbal behavior, discrete trial instruction, and a collaborative multidisciplinary team that includes speech and occupational therapists, as well as a licensed psychologist.
Salary:
$90,000 – $110,000
Schedule:
7:50 am – 4:00 pm, Monday – Friday
Full-time, 12-month position
Benefits:
You are a passionate and energetic State-certified teacher with a background in Early Childhood Education, and ideally, ABA Therapy. You are committed to our mission of providing exceptional services to children with autism in underserved communities. You possess integrity, patience, and a genuine desire to empower children with autism, while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. You believe in the importance of teamwork between teachers, therapists, assistants, and parents to create lasting, positive changes in children’s lives.
The McCarton Foundation has been transforming the lives of children with developmental disabilities for over two decades. Founded by Dr. Cecelia McCarton, the McCarton Center for Developmental Pediatrics pioneered an integrated model that brought together developmental pediatricians, ABA therapists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists under one roof. Since then, our programs, including the McCarton School (now Keswell) and Children’s Academy, have served thousands of children with autism and speech/language delays.
In 2018, we launched our first public program, McCarton Center Bronx, to bring our world-class services to underserved communities. Using our integrated treatment model, we combine ABA, speech and language therapy, motor skills therapy, socialization, and developmental play. Since its inception, we have helped over 1,500 children, and we continue to grow in our commitment to changing lives.
We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team and help us continue making a meaningful impact. If you share our passion for providing exceptional care and education to children with autism, we invite you to apply.
