Pharmacy Manager – Albertsons Companies
Hourly Rate: $75.10/hour (or local minimum wage, whichever is higher)
Visa Sponsorship: OPT, H-1B, TN sponsorship or H-1B transfer may be available

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Division Pharmacy Manager, the Pharmacy Manager serves as the Pharmacist-in-Charge and is responsible for the overall performance of the pharmacy, including:

  • Delivering patient care services and clinical programs
  • Upholding operational excellence in safety, compliance, and performance metrics
  • Recruiting, training, and supervising pharmacy staff
  • Partnering with store leadership to drive growth and profitability

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Pharm.D, or equivalent (FPGEC via NABP)
  • Active pharmacy license in the state(s) of practice, in good standing
  • Certified Immunizer (preferred)
  • 1+ year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting (preferred)
