Pharmacy Manager – Vons (Albertsons Companies)
Hourly Rate: $76.75/hr (minimum, varies by location, experience, and collective bargaining agreements)

What You’ll Do

As a Pharmacy Manager, you’ll lead your pharmacy team in delivering outstanding patient care and wellness services. In this role, you’ll also:

• Serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge and oversee the financial and operational performance of the pharmacy.
• Provide direct patient care, including immunizations and disease management services.
• Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and adherence to safety standards.
• Recruit, train, and develop pharmacy staff.
• Collaborate with store leadership to implement strategies for driving profitability and enhancing the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D., or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
• Active pharmacy license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Certified immunizer (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of pharmacy supervisory experience (preferred).
• Flexibility to work various schedules as needed.
