As a Pharmacy Manager with us, you’ll be an integral part of a team committed to delivering exceptional patient care and wellness services. In this role, you’ll support disease state management, optimize medication therapy, and provide outstanding, patient-centered care, helping manage both acute and chronic conditions.

Responsibilities:

Under the guidance of the Division Pharmacy Manager, you’ll be responsible for the financial performance of the pharmacy and will act as the pharmacist in charge. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Actively delivering patient care services
• Maintaining operational standards, including performance metrics, safety, and compliance
• Recruiting, training, and supervising the pharmacy team
• Collaborating with management to develop and implement strategies for increasing profitability

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D (or equivalent FPGEC [NABP] certification)
• Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice, with all licenses in good standing
• Certified immunizer (preferred)
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting (preferred)
• Flexibility to work a variety of schedules
