Position Overview:
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing compassionate, patient-centered care in accordance with hospital standards, policies, and goals. You will support patients and families emotionally, physically, and spiritually while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver nursing care consistent with hospital accountabilities and patient care goals
- Apply SHARE principles to provide excellent patient-centered care and improve patient satisfaction
- Offer physical, emotional, and spiritual support to patients and families
- Foster teamwork and communication among healthcare teams, contributing to problem-solving and rapport-building
Qualifications – What You Will Need:
- Minimum of 2 years’ recent experience in a hospital setting (minimum 100 beds)
- U.S. Nursing License or ability to pass NCLEX-RN Exam
- IELTS Academic score of 7 in Speaking and 6.5 Overall, or TOEFL iBT Academic score of 26 in Speaking and 89 Overall, or OET, or CGFNS Visa Screen Certificate for visa sponsorship
- BLS and ACLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
- Effective communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Basic computer skills
General Summary:
The Registered Nurse provides direct care to patients, collaborating with physicians and healthcare teams, completing nursing processes, and ensuring the emotional, physical, and spiritual needs of patients and their families are met. The RN supervises team members and works under the guidance of the Nurse Manager and Charge Nurses. Duties may vary by unit or department.
