Position Overview

We are currently looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team in providing high-quality in-home care to clients in Fairfax, Virginia. This role offers flexible assignments based on client availability and needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, a commitment to compassionate care, and the ability to work independently in a home care setting.

Responsibilities

• Patient Care: Provide personalized care in clients’ homes, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records and update medical information in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with registered nurses, physicians, and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Patient and Family Education: Offer guidance on health management, treatments, and recovery processes.
• Compliance and Safety: Follow healthcare policies and safety protocols to ensure a safe care environment.

Home Care Service Areas

• In-home medical assistance

Requirements

• Licensure: Active and unrestricted LPN license in Virginia.
• Experience: Previous experience in home care or similar settings preferred.
• Education: Completion of an accredited LPN program.
