Software Developer – Web

  • Location: On-site | Pleasant Prairie, WI or Waukegan, IL
  • Salary: $80,000 – $119,000 per year

What You’ll Do

  • Design, build, and maintain sophisticated web applications using modern best practices and frameworks.
  • Enhance and support a wide range of platforms, including our e-commerce website, mobile interface, and internal applications.
  • Collaborate with other developers to ensure cohesive solutions and on-time delivery of project milestones.
  • Conduct design and code reviews, ensuring high-performance, scalable, and secure code.
  • Solve real-world challenges by applying strong programming logic and architectural expertise.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 2+ years of hands-on web development experience.
  • Proficiency in object-oriented programming, web architecture, and relational databases.
  • Strong command of technologies like .NET, MVC, C#, and JavaScript (jQuery or TypeScript).
  • Experience writing efficient T-SQL queries and stored procedures.
  • Familiarity with test-driven development and unit testing.
  • Bonus points for exposure to Java, Angular, Agile methodologies, Dynatrace, Cassandra, or ELK stack.
