About the Role:

As a Pharmacist at Carrs, you will be part of a dedicated team focused on delivering direct patient care and wellness services. Your role will involve managing disease states, optimizing medication therapy, providing exceptional patient-centered care, and assisting in the management of both acute and chronic conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively deliver patient care services.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians, clerks, and interns.
• Ensure operational standards are met, including performance metrics, safety, and compliance.
• Implement company initiatives to enhance profitability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Pharm.D., or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
• Active pharmacy license in the state(s) of practice, with all licenses in good standing.
• Certified Immunizer (preferred).
• Flexibility to work a variety of schedules.
