As a Pharmacy Manager with our company, you will join a dedicated team focused on providing excellent patient care and wellness services. You’ll have an important role in disease state management, optimizing medication therapy, delivering patient-centered care, and managing both acute and chronic conditions.

Responsibilities:

Under the guidance of the Division Pharmacy Manager, the Pharmacy Manager is responsible for the financial performance of the pharmacy and serves as the pharmacist in charge.

Our Pharmacy Managers:

• Provide patient care services directly.
• Uphold operational standards, including performance metrics, safety, and compliance.
• Recruit, train, and supervise the pharmacy team.
• Collaborate with management to implement strategies that drive profitability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Pharm.D., or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
• Active pharmacy license in the state(s) of practice with all licenses in good standing.
• Certified immunizer preferred.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
