Position Summary
As a Registered Nurse at AdventHealth Heart of Florida, you will play a vital role in promoting and restoring health through collaborative care, the nursing process, and patient-centered practices. You’ll support both patients and families emotionally, physically, and spiritually, while working in a team-focused environment that values compassion and clinical integrity.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering patient-centered care aligned with hospital policies, standards, and nursing best practices
- Creating a compassionate environment through supportive communication and empathetic care
- Collaborating effectively with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintaining a cooperative team culture by sharing information, participating in problem-solving, and fostering positive relationships
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience in a tertiary hospital setting (100+ beds)
- Current U.S. RN license or successful completion of the NCLEX-RN exam
- VisaScreen Certificate (required for sponsorship) and one of the following English proficiency scores:
- IELTS Academic: 7.0 (Speaking) / 6.5 Overall
- TOEFL iBT Academic: 26 (Speaking) / 89 Overall
- OET or exemption via CGFNS guidelines
- BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association preferred, as required by unit)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency
