Pay Range: $220,000 – $260,000 per year

About the Opportunity:
Montefiore Medical Group, part of Montefiore Health System’s extensive network of primary care practices, is looking for Internal Medicine and Family Medicine-trained Primary Care Physicians to join our teams across 20 locations in the Bronx and Westchester counties.

In this role, you will:

• Provide comprehensive primary care, focusing on early detection, prevention, and overall wellness
• Serve as the first point of contact for patients and their families
• Collaborate closely with our Integrated Behavioral Health team to deliver holistic care
• Work alongside medical leadership and quality coaches to implement best practices
• Prioritize quality outcomes and coordinated care for all patients

Requirements:

• Completion of an accredited U.S. Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency program
• Active New York State Medical License
• Board Eligibility or Board Certification
• DEA registration
• BLS certification
